He will opt for covering it up with his own skin! Its basically like a skin graft, they won't be taking out skin from your behind or from your arms or legs.
How will this work?
First, they get a sample of your skin, which they replicate and grow skin for you. Once its been done, they sew it on-- and it's seamless.
