Its pretty weird but as far as I could remember, we have adobo everyday at home since its my dad's favorite food and his meal wouldn't be complete without it. Coz of this I never really liked or ate adobo. Oh but adobo flakes... HA! A different story! My perfect after drinking binge meal.
Ingredients:
This recipe is so simple (Well that's if you have adobo left overs.) but if you ask me how to make adobo? That I'm not too sure about I'll have to ask our cook who's been with us for 7 years. she's the keeper of the "special" recipe.
Ingredients:
Left over pork adobo (flaked) and Adobo sauce
Cooking oil
1/4 cup garlic
Scrambled Egg or Tomatoes, Kesong Puti and Salted egg go well with this also
Procedure:
1. Separate adobo from its sauce and flake meat.
2. Heat oil in the pan
3. Brown your garlic and set aside
4. Using the same pan, put in your flaked meat and fry until brown and crispy
5. Remove from pan, drain excess oil
6. Top with garlic flakes
(The adobo sauce is for your rice)
7. Serve with scrambled eggs or chopped salted egg, diced tomatoes and kesong puti.
