Vika Gazinskaya's probably best recognized for her constant presence on the best street style blogs along side with her BFF (and my style icon) Miroslava Duma. Her blonde bowl cut and colorful accessories pop up on Jak & Jil and the Sartorialist almost everyday of fashion month, but this Russian's a designer, too.
