Recipe #337: Pinoy Beef Tapa

Ingredients:
1/2 kilo Beef
1 whole Garlic (smashed)
2 pcs Bay Leaves
1 t Peppercorns
1 t Brown Sugar
1/4 C Vinegar
1/2 C Soy Sauce

5 pcs Calamansi
Salt and White Pepper to taste




Method:
1. Slice the beef into 1/4-inch thick slices. (or depending how thick you want the slices to be. Personally I think the thinner it is the better)
2. Marinate the beef in all the ingredients written above for a minimum of 3 hours.

(Keep in a ziplock container and you can cook this in batches)
3. Heat the grill and sear the beef slices. Serve immediately. (with garlic rice and a sunny side up egg)
